Syncing Your First Trades
How trades flow from your broker into Panovix and what to expect.
Automatic Sync
Once your broker is connected, Panovix syncs your trades automatically. The sync runs every few minutes in the background.
For Tradovate/NinjaTrader users, you can also manually trigger a sync from Settings > Tradovate Integration > Sync Accounts.
What Gets Synced
Each trade record includes:
- Symbol and instrument type
- Entry and exit timestamps
- Entry and exit prices
- Quantity (number of contracts)
- P&L in dollars
- The broker account it belongs to
Trades are automatically grouped into round-trips (entry to exit) and calculated with accurate P&L including fees.
Uploading Trade Data
If your broker isn't supported or you want to import historical data, you can upload trades via CSV:
- Go to Settings > Upload Trade Data
- Select your file format (CSV or TSV)
- Map the file to an existing account or create a new one
- Click Upload
The CSV should include columns for date, symbol, side (buy/sell), quantity, price, and P&L.
